Cairnwick Fieldbook is a private website-administration utility. Its connected processing and these public information pages serve different purposes, described below.
Connected information
With the account holder’s permission, the utility can access website performance information and site or domain records associated with the connected account. Its granted permissions may also allow changes to property records and supported ownership-verification actions.
Why access is requested
The operator uses connected information to review authorized website performance and maintain property records. Requests and responses are exchanged with the relevant service provider for those purposes. Connected data is not sold, used for advertising or used for unrelated purposes without a new authorization.
Credentials and storage
Authorization credentials, including refresh tokens, support continued access within the granted permissions. The operator’s configured system stores credentials and any retained records; the operator is responsible for limiting access, protecting credentials and choosing an appropriate retention period. Credentials must never be placed in this public website.
Control and deletion
You can revoke access through the connected account’s permission settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously retained records. Contact the operator through the channel used to arrange access to ask questions or request deletion of retained information.
The public website
These pages have no login form, advertising trackers or application analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the pages under its own policies.
